Thai Green Chicken Curry


Thai Green Chicken Curry 

       This is one my favorite menu and well known around the world. It is so yummy When you eat it with streamed jasmine rice or  Thai vermicelli. It's not difficult to cook,Well lets see How to cook...

      Ingredients :
  1.Green Curry Paste  50 Gms.
  2.Chicken 450 Gms.
  3.Coconut Milk 500 Mls.
  4.Basil leave 1/4 cup
  5.Eggplants 4-5 Unit
  6.Chili 2 Unit
  7.6 Kaffir Lime Leaves 
  8.Vegetable Oil 2 Tbsp.
  9.Sugar 2 Tbsp.
 10.Fish Sauce 2 Tbsp.

How to cook :

1.Put oil into the pot,then stir with green curry paste at low heat.
2.Add chicken and stir to combine green curry paste and coconut milk,wait to boil.
3.Seasoning with Fish sauce and sugar,next add pieced eggplants,stir well to combine them.
4.Put some Kaffir Lime leaves and chili and boil again.
5After That turn off the gas.
6.Pour to a Bowl ....It's time to eat it ...
